Such User is a natural person, is of the legal age (18 years or older), eligibility, and mental capacity to form a binding contract with us.
Such User is not a resident of restricted states including Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Orissa, Sikkim, and Nagaland.
Such User is a juristic person, lawfully existing, and holds all authorizations, permits, and allowances required to enter into this Agreement and form a binding contract.
Such User is not legally barred or restricted from using the Apna Ludo App.
You understand that We prefer You not to use the app if You do not understand, approve of, or accept all the terms specified in this Agreement. Therefore, please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy carefully before accepting and agreeing to be bound by them.
This Agreement governs the relationship of each User with us, though We may also execute separate written agreements with individual Users. In the event of any conflict, the terms of a separate written agreement shall prevail.
Section 12 of the Public Gambling Act, 1867 stipulates that games of mere skill are exempt from the application of the Act. The Supreme Court of India and various High Courts have opined that a game of skill is one where success depends principally upon superior knowledge, training, attention, experience, and adroitness, with skill predominating over chance. No penalty can be imposed for playing such games of skill.
Users must note that the ‘Ludo’ game available for challenges on the Apna Ludo App is classified as a ‘Game of Skill’ under Indian law, and we do not support, endorse, or offer ‘games of chance’ for money.
In adherence to prevailing laws, the company strictly prohibits individuals residing in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, and those residing outside India, from participating in the games. Access to the Apna Ludo App platform is completely banned for users from these regions.
Game rules are clearly defined on the platform, and Users are encouraged to read, understand, and follow these guidelines to succeed.
Because games on our platform are ‘Games of Skill’, the outcome is directly dependent on the User's effort, performance, and strategic choices.
If any User fails to comply with contest or game rules, the company is fully authorized to take necessary action as outlined in Section D (Penalty).
By using the Apna Ludo App platform, the User grants consent to communicate with the company and receive communications regarding games and services offered.
Communications may occur electronically or through various social media channels, to which the User consents.
The company holds no responsibility for any communications occurring between Users and external third-party platforms.
The company reserves the absolute right to penalize any User found violating the established contest or game rules.
